Delete your account

You can close your Skellig account at any time.

On a computer: sign in at skellig.app/app, open Settings, and under Your data click Close My Account. Type your password to confirm.

On iPhone: open Skellig, tap Settings, then Close My Account. Type your password to confirm.

Before you close it, use Download Everything (Settings on a computer) if you want to keep a copy of your documents. It does not include your notes or Private: copy or share anything you want to keep from them first.

What happens next:

• Your documents, their details, your notes, everything in Private and your Activity are deleted from Skellig at once.
• Links you shared stop working, and people you shared with lose access. Documents and notes you sent to other people stay with them.
• Encrypted backups are erased within 35 days.
• If you pay for a plan, it is cancelled and not renewed. Billing records are kept as tax law requires.
• On a Family plan, the payer closing the plan does not delete members' accounts; each member keeps their documents read-only.
